HaulMetric

Brokers, dispatch & fleets

Dump truck ops,
without the ticket book.

HaulMetric is dispatching and digital ticketing for brokers, dispatchers, and dump truck fleets. Paperless tickets, jobs, and settlement — without exclusivity, and without sharing your client or job lists.

How it works

One record, from the job to the invoice.

Ticket books don't settle loads — they pile up until someone rebuilds the week. HaulMetric keeps the paperless trail with the job, from the first load to the invoice that gets paid.

  1. 01

    Post the job

Sites, rates, and trucks needed. Drivers see jobs shared with them and commit to their shifts.

  2. 02

    Go paperless on the load

Digital tickets or a quick scan — no multi-part book. The trail follows the job automatically.

  3. 03

    Settle & invoice

Review tickets, record when carriers are paid, and bill your customers — payments stay on your rails.

Paper cost

Paper tickets quietly tax every load.

Multi-part load tickets are expensive paper with expensive people attached. Forms, filing, and re-keying add up long before anyone settles the week. HaulMetric replaces the book with a shared digital trail — so you stop paying for carbon copies you already captured in the field.

Typical forms cost / ticket

$1.10

Paper alone — before office labor

Based on ~$55.00 for a 50-set multi-part book. Keying time is extra.

Forms alone often cost ~$1+ / ticket

A typical multi-part NCR book runs about $55.00 for 50 sets — roughly $1.10 just for the paper.

4 pages per load

Driver, scale, customer, office — each set is 4 sheets to print, tear, and file. Digital tickets are one shared record.

Hours back in the office

At ~4 minutes and $30.00/hr to key a paper ticket, a busy yard burns payroll every month on paperwork already captured in the field.

Drivers

One place for the cab.

Drivers get jobs, sites, check-in, and paperless ticket capture in a single phone flow — instead of juggling texts, maps, and carbon copies. Dispatch sees the same loads land in one record.

Who it's for

Dispatch or fleet — pick your side.

One product, two doorways. Brokers and dispatch run jobs; fleets keep their DOT, drivers, and invoices. No exclusivity — your clients and job lists stay in your portal. Pricing is something we walk through together.

For brokers & dispatch

Business

Post jobs, capture paperless tickets, track settlement with carriers, and bill your customers.

  • Paperless tickets on every load

Replace multi-part carbon books with a digital ticket trail. Drivers capture or sign on the phone; dispatch reviews the same record — no Monday rebuild from a glove-box stack.

  • Job listings

Post open jobs, set rates and sites, and fill trucks — the same job board tools haul companies use to staff work.

  • Hire other companies

Allowlist subcontractors and share jobs to their drivers. Run work with your fleet and partners from one place.

  • Full operations portal

Admins, preferred driver groups, job shares, and ticket review on jobs you list. Invite your own drivers from the company portal.

  • Settlement & archive

Keep the load trail with the job through settlement, with office Smart Scan tools when you need them.

For fleets

Company

Track tickets across every dispatch your trucks work for, stay compliance-ready, and invoice from your own DOT.

Free company portal to start: customers, hand-typed invoices, aging, and mark paid. Premium tools are optional when you need Smart Scan and customer-facing PDFs.

  • Tickets across every dispatch

See loads your trucks ran for every broker and dispatch you work with — one company record, not a stack per yard.

  • Compliance-ready company portal

Keep your DOT, drivers, and documents in one place so you stay ready for the next job share.

  • Invoice from your own DOT

Save customers, track who owes you, and mark paid when the check hits. Optional Premium tools for Smart Scan and customer-facing PDFs.

  • Driver live tickets stay with the load

When drivers ticket on dispatch jobs, the trail lands where both sides can use it — without rebuilding the week from paper.

QuickPay

Pay carriers faster — without losing control.

When the paper trail is gone, settlement can move as soon as the load is confirmed. QuickPay prioritizes review for carriers who want early ACH, while you decide which lines qualify and keep payment on your own rails.

For dispatch, a healthy QuickPay program can also put money back in the yard when adoption is active.

How it works

  1. 1

    Digital ticket trail first

Loads land with a shared paperless record — so everyone is looking at the same job, sites, and quantities before settlement starts.

  2. 2

    You choose which lines qualify

QuickPay is optional early settlement for carriers once that trail is confirmed. Dispatch stays in control of which invoices get the fast path.

  3. 3

Funds still move on your rails

HaulMetric does not hold or send the haul money. You pay carriers by ACH on your own banking — typically by the next business day after you approve.

ACH pays on business days only. After you approve, payment is typically by the next business day — Friday submits usually mean Monday or later.

Coming soon

What’s next on the roadmap.

  • Plant & yard ticketing

Support for plants and yards that issue tickets at the scale — so the paperless trail can start where the material leaves the gate, not only on the haul.

  • Telemetry & GPS integrations

Connect the tools fleets already run — so HaulMetric can work alongside existing telemetry and GPS tracking services instead of replacing them.

Trust

Your book stays yours.

Built for brokers and fleets who need clean ops — without exclusivity contracts or a shared board that leaks your book. HaulMetric tracks who did what and what's owed; payment still happens on your rails.
